1. Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomes Members and members of the public to the meeting.
2. Motion under the Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business
3. Financial scrutiny of legislation
3.1 The Committee discussed the financial scrutiny of legislation and agreed to write to the Minister / Member is charge and Committee Chair to ensure that sufficient diligence is given to the financial scrutiny of an individual Bill.
4. Higher Education Funding
4.1 The Committee discussed the scope of a potential inquiry into Higher Education in Wales and agreed to consider an options paper at a forthcoming meeting.
5. Asset Management - Evidence from the Welsh Government
5.1 The Chair welcomed Lesley Griffiths AM, Minister for Health and Social Services; Mark Osland, Deputy Director of Finance, Department for Health, Social Services & Children; and Val Whiting, Head of Capital, Estates and Facilities, Health, Social Services and Children.
5.2 The Committee scrutinised the Minister.
